Upload Logo & Set Colors
Go to Company & Branding settings, upload your company logo (PNG/JPG), set primary and secondary brand colors (hex code or color picker). Logo is positioned in the PDF header, brand color highlights sections.

Customize Footer Text
Edit your custom footer text (payment terms, warranty disclaimers, contact info). This one setting applies across certificates, quotes and invoices.

Preview & Save
Click "Preview" to see a sample certificate, quote, or invoice with your branding. Adjust colors and footer text until perfect, then save.

Generate Documents
Create a certificate, quote, or invoice. The PDF generates with your logo, colors, and footer automatically. Send to the customer immediately.

What it does
One Branding Setup, Every Document
Set your logo, brand colors and footer text once in Company & Branding settings. Certificates (EIC, EICR, Minor Works, PAT, Fire Alarm, etc.), quotes and invoices all pick up the same branding automatically.
Logo & Brand Color Upload
Upload company logo (PNG or JPG — SVG isn't accepted for PDF generation). Set primary and secondary brand colors (hex code or color picker). Logo is positioned in the document header, brand color highlights key sections.
Footer Text Customization
Set a custom footer (terms & conditions, payment instructions, warranty disclaimers) that appears across your PDFs, alongside your accreditation badges. There is currently no separate header-text field — the header carries your logo, not custom copy.
Certificate Compliance Templates
Opscel provides BS 7671-compliant templates for EIC, EICR, Minor Works. BS 5839-compliant templates for Fire Alarm Service/Commissioning. MCS-compliant templates for Solar PV. You brand them, we ensure compliance.
Quote Template Variations
Good-Better-Best quotes show three options side-by-side. Single-option quotes show one price. Both use your one company branding setup.
Invoice Template Customization
Invoice PDFs include your logo, brand color, payment terms, bank details, and tax registration number. Footer shows payment instructions (bank transfer, payment link). Professional invoices without manual formatting.
